I cannot thank you enough for your generous and critical support. Like many of those in the arts, I’ve faced unprecedented financial and emotional stress during these trying times. Between the pandemic, SAG-AFTRA strike, inflation, a cost-of-living crisis, and other major disruptive factors such as AI, I’ve never felt more uncertain about my future in the arts.
I will forever be grateful to the Actors’ Trust for its humanity, generosity, and love. It’s so rare to feel seen or recognised in a society that only seems to celebrate actors when they are on top. But most of us live secret lives of great hardship and uncertainty, and to be held and cared for in such a critical time, without hesitation or asking anything in return, has been life changing.
