LEAVE A LEGACY

Celebrating those who have remembered Actors’ Trust in their Wills.

10 June 2026

Over many years, gifts in Wills have created a lasting legacy of support for actors and stage managers in need. This gives us the confidence and the means to expand and broaden the services we can provide for our profession.

Acknowledging how important legacies are to the future of Actors’ Trust we are most grateful to those who have come forward in the past 12 months to let us know they have left a gift in their Will.

We appreciate that your Will is a deeply personal matter and that your family must take priority, but even a 1% share of your estate, once your family and friends are taken care of will ensure that we can continue to provide support for our community well into the future.

Liza Sadovy, one of our members explains her reasons for leaving a gift in her Will:

"‘I have no dependents so when it came to writing my Will, it was an absolute no brainer that I left a portion of my money to the Actors’ Trust. In the mid noughties I broke my ankle very badly and could neither walk nor work for five months but with the incredibly generous help from this charity, I was able to use their money to pay for sessions at the Laban Centre’s Pilates studio, amongst other things. Nobody else looks after actors and stage managers so we have to look after each other"
