Thursday 1 October 2026 is Gift Aid Awareness Day — and this year we want to make sure that if you have given to Actors’ Trust in the last four years there is a simple way you can make that gift go further at no cost to you.
If you’re a UK taxpayer, adding Gift Aid to the donation you have already made costs you nothing extra but increases its value by 25%. That’s not a small thing — it means we can provide 25% more support for actors and stage management professionals facing challenges outside their control.
We can claim Gift Aid retrospectively up to the last four years – so whether you donated last week or four years ago, you can still help us unlock a further 25%.
Did you know? It is estimated that £560 million goes unclaimed in Gift Aid every year.
